Feedback or complaint
We would like to offer you the best care and clear communication. A mutual bond of trust is very important for this. Despite our good intentions and efforts, you may feel that we have approached you carelessly or incorrectly. We would like to hear from you if you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us in confidence.
Make an appointment with us to clarify the problem. This usually resolves many uncertainties.
If we cannot jointly reach a solution that is satisfactory to you, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of theĀ SKGE. There are no costs associated with the complaints procedure.
Practical Information
Please note: consultation hours are by appointment only. We do not have a counter assistant with whom you can schedule an appointment. Due to (urgent) visits, we may not be present on location. In case of emergency, always contact us via our emergency number before coming to the practice. No urgency? Then make a call-back consultation.
