Our method

Always a doctor on the phone

Communicate via web application

You communicate with us via the web application on your smartphone, tablet or computer. With this application you can easily schedule a consultation, call-back appointment or video call with one of the general practitioners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also send us an e-consultation with your question, request repeat prescriptions, chat and view your own results. The web application helps you to arrange many things independently. Once we have registered you, you will receive an email with login details for access to your digital file. Received nothing? Ask us about this.

Would you rather call?

This is also possible 24 hours a day. Then call us on 0592-748888 and choose 2. You then choose the time at which you want us to call you back. Our office hours are open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In case of emergency you can always go directly, press 1: you will then receive us directly on the telephone within office hours, outside office hours you will then automatically be transferred to the GP emergency post. For other questions or if you want to make an appointment by telephone, select 3. Dial 4 to leave a voicemail requesting a callback.

Always a doctor on the phone

With us you always communicate directly with a doctor. In many cases we can answer your questions directly by telephone. When you make a callback appointment via the application, you can determine the time that suits you best. We can also be reached by telephone to schedule a call-back appointment or for urgently. This way you can arrange a lot independently and this often saves you a visit and (travel) time. Initially, we will answer your questions as much as possible within office hours, but this will eventually be expanded to include evening consultation hours. You will be kept informed of this via the email address known to us.

No waiting times

Due to our way of working, we have no waiting times, we have more time than usual for a consultation and you will usually find an empty waiting room. We work by appointment only. We do not have a manned counter and are only present at the practice location for consultation hours.

Econsults

You can create email consultations (Ask the doctor) via our web application. We usually answer your question within 24 hours. If you have a medical question that requires an answer more quickly, please schedule a call-back consultation or call the emergency care line.

Submit urine?

You can hand in urine every day between 8:00 and 9:00 am. If the door of the practice is closed, please knock. Label the urine container with your name and date of birth. After submitting the urine, make a telephone call back to discuss your complaints for the same day (by telephone or via the web app).

Your own medical file is digitally accessible

The web application gives you insight into your medical file (recent results, medication and letters from specialists). This saves you having to contact us by telephone to request your results. This way you always have your medical information at hand. The application meets all legal requirements regarding privacy.

Flex Doctors working method

Your GP has a Flexdokters practice.

Our practice is affiliated with Flexdokters. A cooperative of general practices. This offers a number of advantages for patient and GP, where the relationship between GP and patient always comes first.

In a Flexdokters practice, patients have direct contact with their GP. Great, because this way you only have to tell your story once. Your question can often be answered immediately. Doesn’t that work? Then you make a follow-up appointment at the practice with your GP. Handy, because this means you don’t have to come to the practice for every question.

We ask you to schedule appointments yourself. Because we work by appointment only, there are hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room. This ensures a lot of peace and quiet in the practice and during your consultation with the doctor. Pleasant for you and for the doctor.

Arrange yourself

You can arrange many things yourself online on this website. To help you as best as possible, we have clearly presented the most important information below.

  • If you want to make an appointment with your GP, you can do so online. This can be done at any time of the day and week. So you no longer have to wait on the phone or at the counter.
  • You can also easily ask a question or send a photo via the website. Useful for non-urgent questions or if you want to send a photo of, for example, a spot on your skin.
  • Request a repeat prescription, view your medical file or results? You no longer have to call the practice for this. You can arrange all this via the website in the portal.

Method of regular check-ups

We work with Viduet
Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.

If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.

FAQ

These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we receive frequently. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.

Practical Information

Please note: consultation hours are by appointment only. We do not have a counter assistant with whom you can schedule an appointment. Due to (urgent) visits, we may not be present on location.
